Delivery
The delivery term is calculated on the next day from the order processing date. Choose a convenient delivery and payment method.
Pickup
Self-delivery is carried out from the store or from others by agreement. Addresses of stores and their working hours can be clarified on the page of our stores or by phone +38 096 752 79 35.
You can pick up the goods from the store after confirming the order, checking the availability of the goods and calling the manager of the online store.
In order to receive the goods in the retail network, you need to inform the salesperson-consultant of the order number, which you will receive by e-mail after placing the order on the website.
Payment for the purchase during pick-up is made in cash or by transfer to a Privatbank/Monobank card.
Address delivery in Kyiv and the region
Delivery of orders in Kyiv – UAH 300.
Delivery in the region – UAH 20/km.
Delivery is made on the next day after the order from Tuesday to Friday from 14:00 to 19:00.
Before delivery, the operator will call you to confirm the order and delivery details.

If the selected name or the required volume is not in stock, the company’s employees will definitely inform you about it and offer a possible replacement.
The option of Saturday delivery is considered individual and must be agreed with the manager in advance.
Address delivery of unpaid orders in the amount of more than UAH 50,000 is not carried out.
You can pay for the order:
– in cash upon receipt;
– to a Privatbank/Monobank card, the number of which you can get in Viber/Telegram or e-mail (specified in the order), after clarifying the details of the order and checking the availability of the product;
Importantly! To pick up your order, you must have your ID with you. Only the person specified as the recipient can receive the order.
WARNING! The courier is not the seller, i.e. the Buyer himself checks the goods during reception.
Upon receiving the order, carefully inspect the product, make sure there is no visible mechanical damage, check the presence and correctness of the documents (receipt and warranty card). You can make claims regarding the appearance and completeness of the delivered product only at the time of delivery of the product to you by the courier.
“Nova Poshta” (delivery to the post office)
Orders are shipped from Tuesday to Friday inclusive, on the next business day after checkout. The buyer pays the cost of delivery of the goods independently according to the tariffs of the carrier of the transport company “Nova poshta”. Orders are delivered within 3 working days. The exact time depends on the region and the carrier’s schedule.
Pay attention!
Orders up to UAH 500 are shipped after 100% prepayment.
Orders over UAH 500 are sent after making a deposit in the amount of the shipping cost in both directions (minimum UAH 200).
The deposit is deducted from the cost of the product at the time of shipment.
Separate goods – 100% deposit.
The minimum order amount is UAH 300.
In case of refusal to purchase after handing over the goods to the carrier, previously received
the deposit remains with the seller.
You can pay for the order:
– to a PrivatBank/Monobank card, the number of which you can get in Viber/Telegram or e-mail (specified in the order), after clarifying the details of the order and checking the availability of the product;
– in cash at the “Novaya Poshta” branch (upon prepayment of UAH 200 for delivery) or in person to the courier;
In the department, the order is stored for free for 5 days, then it is returned.
When picking up your order, you must bring your ID with you. Only the person specified as the recipient can receive the order.

Cash on delivery is available only with a prepayment of UAH 200. The cost of delivery by Nova Poshta with payment upon receipt (cash on delivery) is paid by the buyer in accordance with the tariffs of the “Nova Poshta” transport company.
Payment for the order is made at the carrier’s office upon receipt. Also, please note that Nova Poshta charges an additional fee for the payment (post-paid). The delivery time of the ordered goods is from 1 to 3 working days.
The list of branches to which delivery is carried out can be specified from the managers or on the website of the carrier “Nova poshta”.
All shipments are inspected and fully insured before shipping. To receive an order, you must have your passport with you and know the express invoice number, which our manager will inform you of.
Payment methods
Payment in cash
Payment in cash is possible under the following conditions:

pickup from our stores
New Post, “money transfer” service (the service involves the transfer of funds by the recipient of the shipment to the sender), with a prepayment of UAH 200 for delivery.
Cashless payment
Payment to PrivatBank or Monobank card.
The card number is provided after processing the order, confirming it and checking the availability of the product by the manager of the online store, in Viber/Telegram or e-mail (specified in the order).
Non-cash payment (invoice without VAT)
When placing an order, select payment by card, and in the note indicate your details for receiving an invoice, or send them to our e-mail [email protected]
After placing the order, the store manager will send you an invoice (without VAT) via Viber/Telegram or e-mail. You can pay it at the cash desk of any bank branch or from your company’s current account. For legal entities, a package of all necessary documents is provided together with the product.
Orders paid by cashless payment are shipped within 2-3 days from the moment the money is credited to our account.
